*NOTE: When appropriate, the attorney can file a petition to waive the court-mandated filing fees, otherwise those fees are in addition to the following fee schedule.

Contingency Cases

A contingency case requires a $500 client initiation fee upfront. Additional payment is only made if money is recovered in the case.

Appearance Attorney - $250 plus IRS mileage rate from Amory, MS.

Interpretation - $100 per hr. (1 hr. minimum); $300 per 1/2 day

(4 hr. maximum); $650 per full-day (8 hr. maximum)

  • Plus IRS mileage rate from Amory, MS.

  • 48 hr cancelation fee of $100 required, if cancelled less than

    48 hrs prior to assignment.

  • Early dismissal of half-day assignments will still require full payment.

*NOTE: All cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.

**A Retainer is a deposit of your money held by the Attorney in a trust account. The Attorney will deduct expenses (including for their labor) from that account. The Attorney will provide reports of how the money from your Retainer is allocated towards your representation. This may or may not be the final amount needed to complete your representation. That will depend upon the complexity of your case.

 There is a 3% surcharge for payments made with credit card and PayPal (if using credit card).

Payment plan for flat rate services subject to $200 a month administrative fee.

For retainer cases, work won’t get started until retainer has been paid in full.
