**All Flat Rate Fees are subject to a surcharge for traveling to client meeting and / or court appearance.

Divorce - Contested - $1500 retainer; $150 / hr.

Divorce - Uncontested / Irreconcilable Differences - $1,000 retainer; $150 / hr.

Contingency Cases

A contingency case requires only a $100 client initiation fee upfront. Additional payment is only made if money is recovered in the case.

Appearance Attorney - $150 plus $0.67 / mile from Amory, MS.

Interpretation - $100 per hr. (1 hr. minimum); $300 per 1/2 day

(4 hr. maximum); $650 per full-day (8 hr. maximum)

  • Plus $0.67 / mile from Amory, MS.

  • 48 hr cancelation fee of $100 required, if cancelled less than

    48 hrs prior to assignment.

  • Early dismissal of half-day assignments will still require full payment.

*NOTE: All cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.

**A Retainer is a deposit of your money held by the Attorney in a trust account. The Attorney will deduct expenses (including for their labor) from that account. The Attorney will provide reports of how the money from your Retainer is allocated towards your representation. This may or may not be the final amount needed to complete your representation. That will depend upon the complexity of your case.
